JahFeel Automation (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides managed AI operations services. We set up, configure, monitor, and maintain AI systems on behalf of our clients. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the privacy-first way we host and protect it.

Your data is hosted on dedicated infrastructure that only you and JahFeel Automation have access to. We do not use Google, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier, Make.com, or ANY third-party SaaS to store or process your business data. Your AI agent connects directly to your tools — no middleware, no OAuth brokers, no third-party services touching your credentials. Every API key and password is encrypted and stored on YOUR server, not on someone else’s cloud.

1. Information We Collect

From website visitors: when you submit our discovery-call form or email us, we collect the details you choose to provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, business type, and a description of what you’d like to automate.

From clients: to build and run your AI operations, we collect the business information needed to do the work — for example, the tools you use, your service offerings, and the contacts and workflows your AI will handle. This information lives on your own dedicated server.

Automatically: our website uses essential cookies only (to keep the site working) and standard server logs (IP address, timestamps) for security and reliability. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not show advertising or share your data with advertisers.

3. Where Your Data Lives

Each client’s AI system and data run in a dedicated, isolated environment that only you and JahFeel Automation can access. We do not route your business data through third-party SaaS platforms. Your AI connects directly to the tools you use, and every credential (API key, password, token) is encrypted and stored on your own server using a self-hosted secret store — never on a third-party cloud broker.

4. Security

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we minimize exposure by keeping your data on your own infrastructure rather than spread across third-party services.

5. Your Rights

You may request to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and opt out of non-essential communications. Because your operational data lives on your own server, you retain direct ownership and control of it. To make a request, email JahFeelAutomation@gmail.com and we’ll respond within 30 days.

6. Data Retention

We keep website inquiry data only as long as needed to respond and follow up. Client operational data is retained on your server for as long as your service is active. On cancellation, we coordinate export and removal with you directly.

7. Children’s Privacy

Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

8. California & International Users

California residents have rights under the CCPA (including the right to know, delete, and opt out of data sales — we do not sell personal information).
