Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your engagement with JahFeel Automation (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. What We Provide

We are a done-for-you service, not a software subscription you log into. We build, configure, operate, monitor, and maintain AI agents and automations that run your business workflows — for example, responding to leads, following up with prospects, managing your CRM, sending email campaigns, and handling invoicing — based on the plan you choose.

Your AI system runs on dedicated, isolated infrastructure that only you and JahFeel Automation can access. You do not need to operate any dashboard yourself; we run the system for you and communicate with you about it directly.

2. Eligibility

Our services are intended for businesses. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of your business to engage us.

3. Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for reviewing and approving the actions your AI agent takes on your behalf, especially any action that contacts a customer, sends a message, or submits information to an outside system.
• You must provide accurate business information and timely input so we can configure and operate your systems correctly.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any data, contacts, or content you provide to us, and that doing so does not violate any law or any third party’s rights.
• You must use the service in compliance with all applicable laws, including those governing marketing, messaging, and consumer communications.
• Where your workflow involves an irreversible or high-stakes action, a human on your side gives final approval before that action is taken.

4. Fees & Billing

Our plans consist of a one-time setup fee plus a flat recurring monthly fee. Setup fees cover the initial build and configuration of your AI systems; monthly fees cover ongoing operation, monitoring, and maintenance.

• Month-to-month: service is provided on a month-to-month basis. There is no long-term contract.
• Cancellation: you may cancel at any time with 30 days’ notice. Your service continues through the end of your current paid month.
• Setup fees: setup fees are one-time and cover work performed; they are non-refundable once the build has begun.
• Price changes: we may change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice. Changes take effect at your next monthly renewal.

5. AI-Generated Content

Your systems use artificial intelligence to draft responses, content, and automated actions. You understand and agree that:

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or current.
• AI output does not constitute professional advice (legal, financial, medical, or otherwise).
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated content and actions before they are relied upon or sent.
• We do not guarantee specific business outcomes from AI agent actions.
• AI capabilities may change as underlying models are updated.

6. Your Data & Ownership

You retain ownership of your business data. Because your operational data lives on your own dedicated server, you retain direct control of it. You grant us only the limited access necessary to set up, operate, monitor, and maintain your systems on your behalf.

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others
• Send spam, unlawful, or deceptive communications
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm any person
• Distribute malware or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or account
• Generate content that is illegal or harmful or that violates the rights of others

9. Intellectual Property

The methods, configurations, tooling, and materials we use to deliver our services remain the property of JahFeel Automation. Your engagement grants you the right to the benefit of those services for your business. Content and data you provide remain yours.

10. Service Availability

We strive to keep your systems running reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may temporarily pause systems for maintenance, updates, or to address security issues, and will make reasonable efforts to coordinate significant changes with you.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JahFeel Automation from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

13. Termination

Either party may end the engagement with 30 days’ notice. We may suspend or terminate service if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive conduct, or where required by law. On cancellation, we coordinate export and removal of your operational data with you directly, as described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Arizona.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
